The Annual Easter Welsh Adventure!

Every year at Easter we take a trip to see my Mum's family in Wales. It seems the sun always shines and the day isn't complete without lambs, tea and lots of cake!

The Viaduct en route, to my Uncle's delight and my mum's horror! she's not so great with heights! Beautiful views from the top.

Then the traditional quick jaunt up Crow Castle for a cheesy family photo...and lunch...

Tea and cake at Aunty Glenys and Uncle Emris's and a snuggle with their lovely old lab Sal!

Beautiful homemade cakes at Aunty Lwl's and yummy tea, that we all agree tastes so much nicer with welsh water.

Next the Farm to see mum's cousins and get an animal fix!

At lastly we stop at Overton for dinner at the Cross Foxes for dinner by the river. The food is delicious! Fishcakes and salad and a well received glass of sauv blanc! Highly recommended by me.
